Hey Guys!

It's Ashley here with the last  Audiophile of the semester Fall 2011 semester. I'm sure everyone is as excited as I am for the winter holidays, and hopefully by the end of this blog you'll have some new albums, and maybe some concert tickets to add to your Christmas wish list.

Albums

The Black Keys are releasing their latest album El Camino on Wednesday, December 8! Personally, I cannot wait to hear this album. Lonely Boy was the first song I heard, and I was sold. It has a sleezy rock feel that really can't be mimicked. You can preview five of their new songs here if you provide your e-mail address. Check it out!

I definitely suggest that you give Audra Mae and the Almighty Sound's Audra Mae and the Almighty Sound EP a listen. Her souldul voice and amazing lyrics are sure to melt your heart. She sure doesn't mess around. The album is currently available on iTunes and in stores.
