British newcomer Jessie J offers a strong debut single with "Price Tag." It's produced by Dr. Luke who is responsible for hits from Britney Spears, Ke$ha, and Avril Lavigne.
"Just Can't Get Enough" Black Eyed Peas
The Black Eyed Peas are onto their second single from the album The Beginning. The song still has the typical BEP electric feel, but with a slower beat. It's an alright song as it leaves you wanting more since the BEP's usually hit you hard with their dance songs. However, unlike a majority of people, I was a fan of their Super Bowl half-time show!
"Written In The Stars" Tinie Tempah f/ Eric Turner
Another British artist, Tinie Tempah, is ready for his American breakout hit with "Written In The Stars." Eric Turner's chorus automatically gets your attention from the start of the song as Tempah keeps the momentum going with his raps. This song is about to blow up on the U.S. charts as it has already hit number one in the UK!
"Hit The Lights" Jay Sean f/ Lil' Wayne
Jay Sean is back with a song that could bring him back to the top of the charts. "Hit the Lights" is a party jam, similar to his inescapable hit "Down." It also once again features Lil' Wayne with his typical rap verse. This song will soon be all over the dance floors and airwaves.
